Assigned chats are visible to all team agents, so any agent can assist the customer if needed.

🔍 Prerequisites

  1. You have admin or manager permissions to access chat assignments.
  2. Multiple team members are set up and available in the chat system.

  1. Go to Chats.
  2. Open the contact chat you want to assign.
  3. From the top right, select the person you’d like to assign the chat to.
  4. Click Assign after making your selection.
  5. Unassigned chats can be found on the left side of the page, making it easy to track and manage them.
