Azeer Wallet Feature: Overview and Guide

The Wallet Feature in Azeer simplifies payments, tracks usage, and ensures smooth financial operations. With wallet management, you can recharge funds via debit/credit cards or bank transfer, monitor balances, and track platform usage.

1. Wallet Recharge

Choose from two recharge methods:

Option 1: Recharge via Debit/Credit Card

• Go to the Subscription Management section.
• Click on Add Credit.
• Select Debit/Credit Cards as the payment method.
• Enter the recharge amount and review the VAT-inclusive total.
• Fill in card details or choose Apple Pay.
• Confirm the payment to instantly reflect the funds in your wallet.

Note: A VAT of 15% is applied to all transactions.

Option 2: Recharge via Bank Transfer

• Transfer funds to via bank transfer.
• Submit the transaction receipt to our accounts team.
• Our team verifies the transfer and credits your wallet.
• The recharge will reflect in your wallet.
  

2. Wallet Creation

Your wallet is created automatically during onboarding:

• Based on your subscription plan.
• Activated with your first payment.

3. Wallet Balance

View your wallet balance in real time on the Azeer platform to manage funds effectively.

4. Invoice Generation

Invoices are generated automatically after a payment is confirmed. VAT details are also included.

5. Wallet Deduction and Usage

• Wallet deductions occur in real time for charges like:
• WhatsApp Conversations
• Broadcasts
• Additional Teams/Agents
• Set billing notifications for low balance alerts (e.g., below $100).

6. Usage Report

Track all platform charges in the Usage Report section. This includes:

• Subscription Charges
• Fair Use Charges
• Conversation Charges
