Custom Attributes Overview
Custom Attributes:
Custom attributes are highly used due to their functionality. This feature enables the user to add more descriptions related to the contact to make it easier to detect the exact contact. In addition, it helps save more information about the contacts in an accessible place.
For this tutorial, we will begin creating a custom attribute. We have multiple types of attributes, including text, a check box, URL, switch, chips, date, and time.
Apps → Custom Attributes
Click on Add Custom Attribute to create one
Fill in the blanks and choose the type

The purpose of this tutorial is to present the application of custom attributes. That includes the way to add them to the contact description. To learn how, simply follow along!
Start by opening the contact chat
Click on their name to get more detailed information
Add a new one and fill it with the descriptions
You could remove them from the right side
