Greetings and Away Message

Greetings and away message: 

For the sake of simplicity, these messages were automated to either welcome new customers who reach out through the chat or inform them that you are away and to wait for your response. To learn how, simply follow this tutorial.


  • Apps→ greetings & away

  • Set your working hours and days

  • Write the greeting message and make sure to it turn on 

  • Then, write the away messages as well 

  • You can edit by changing the text and clicking save

  • Or stopping them by turning the switch off

  • Don’t forget to click Save each time you do so





Note that these messages are only displayed to unassigned or unanswered chats.
