How to Activate an Order Status Notification:

In e-commerce, keeping customers informed about their order status is crucial for a seamless shopping experience. Activating order status notifications ensures customers receive real-time updates on their purchases. Here's how to set it up:

• Go to E-commerce→ Manage→ Control Status  

• Use the on-off switch to allow or block notifications

• You can also view the attached templates( from the eye icon)

• Or attach a new one by simply pressing Attach Template

• Fill in each variable and click Attach to save 

You have successfully activated your order status notification.
