The search bar is a great additional feature in the platform. To simplify your workflow making it as smooth as possible, saving time and effort. By simply writing a text, number, or any other form of character, all relevant data will be displayed in the screen.
Open the search, and ensure that you’re in message searching rather than contacts.
Use the search bar to write the text you’re looking for.
Filters enhance the search quality, you may use them as well. They include:
Direction: whether you sent it or received it.
Message type: and that contains text, image, video, or a document.
The last activity: where you select the period of the contact’s last activity.
After selecting the date, feel free to click confirm to get the result. Other filters will automatically update the result.
Navigate to the search bar, and open the contacts section. You’ll find the messages open by default so double check
Type the contact if there is a particular name
If not, you may use the filters to find a precise category. Filters include:
Chat status: is the chat situation wether it was assigned, read or any other categories
Tags: the tags attached to the contact for an easier recognition
Assigned to: the team whose the contacts was assigned to
Last activity: the period in which the contact was last seen
All filters will automatically update the search outputs. However, when you select the last activity period, you’ll need to make sure you press confirm.
The contact search is very easy to use. If the contact you searched for did not appear, double-check the name spelling.
