24 Hours Chat Window: 



Chat screens are the primary link between you and your customers. If a customer has sent you a message within the last 24 hours, you have the flexibility to respond with any message, not restricted to a specific template. This means you can reply freely within that 24-hour window following their last message.


However, if more than 24 hours have elapsed since their last communication, you will need to wait for a new message from them or use a template message that Meta has verified. It’s important to ensure that any template content you use is relevant to the customer’s situation.



  • Click the "Send Template" button located in the center

  • Choose the approved template you want to send. In our case, select "Hello {{1}}"

  •  Enter your message in the {{1}} variable, upload a picture, then click the "Send" button


When your customer replies to your message, the 24-hour window will reset, giving you another 24 hours to message.
