Chat screens are the primary link between you and your customers. If a customer has sent you a message within the last 24 hours, you have the flexibility to respond with any message, not restricted to a specific template. This means you can reply freely within that 24-hour window following their last message.
However, if more than 24 hours have elapsed since their last communication, you will need to wait for a new message from them or use a template message that Meta has verified. It’s important to ensure that any template content you use is relevant to the customer’s situation.
Click the "Send Template" button located in the center
Choose the approved template you want to send. In our case, select "Hello {{1}}"
Enter your message in the {{1}} variable, upload a picture, then click the "Send" button
When your customer replies to your message, the 24-hour window will reset, giving you another 24 hours to message.
