What Are Conversations?


Conversations are your primary form of communication and interactions between your business and users, where your team can exchange information with clients, answer questions, and provide support. 


Here is a detailed instructions on how to manage and start conversations with your clients:


  • To start a new conversation with your client, Go to “Chat”

  • Click “New Chat”

  • Choose the contact you want to start the conversation with from your contact list

  • Now, Choose a template to start the conversation, after the customer responds, you have an open chat window for 24 hours

If you want to create a new contact while still in the chat screen follow this tutorial: 

  • Click New Chat”

  • Click the new contact button

  • Fill in the contact name, Email, and phone number 

  • Select the tags of your contact

  • Click save
