Navigate to Apps → Broadcast → New Broadcast.
Fill in the Broadcast Name, and Language.
Select the template you want to use for your broadcast. You can also save this broadcast as a draft, allowing you to review and finalize it later.
In these steps, you'll filter your broadcast recipients and adjust the template variables you chose earlier. This will help you refine your target audience and preview how your message will look once sent. Furthermore, you can apply various filters to include or exclude specific targets, ensuring your broadcast reaches the most relevant audience.
There are many filters you can choose from, based on what you find suitable for your broadcast target and messages.
Click Add to Filters to confirm.
