Rules:

Rules contain triggers. Based on what they are automated to do, they will take action. All you have to do is choose where, when, and the action taken in such a situation, and it will automatically function. You may delete it at any given moment.


  • Apps→ Rules→ New Rule

  • Fill in the rule name and description 

  • Choose When by selecting between the choices

  • Do the same to If and Then to put the trigger into action

  • And finally, click Create New Rule
