What is a Template?
A template is a predefined message structure used for initiating marketing, utility, or authentication conversations with customers, subject to approval or rejection from Meta.
Why templates: In order to combat spam and unsolicited messages, a meta-policy has been implemented to restrict companies from sending irrelevant or marketing communications unless the user has initiated contact within the past 24 hours. Templates play a crucial role in this process, requiring approval before they can be used to reach the intended audience.
