How to use the analytic page
How to use the analytic page:
Analytics are one of the most important data sets in any business. With that in mind, we designed a feature that provides detailed analytics, displayed numerically and graphically.
Any order sent notification data can be found here. Including whether they were completed or not. triggered notification analysis can be found here as well.
Open E-commerce Apps → Manage your store → Analytics
From there, you could choose the category analysis
To find the notification sent, choose Order Notification
You can make use of the filters by selecting their Event type, and Duration.
To have an Excel file of the data, simply click Export.
Open the main analytic page from the arrow up-left of the page
Any cart that has been abandoned /left is considered an abandoned cart. In such situations, a message sent to the customers will be sufficient to make them revisit the cart and potentially order. The analytic page provides the number of abandoned carts and their current situation.
Open E-commerce Apps → Manage your store → Analytics
Choose the category of the data analysis
Select Abandoned carts
For a better result, use the filters provided. Select the Event type, and their Duration.
To make a copy, click Export and an Excel file will be downloaded
